At ANIÁN, we are committed to the longevity of our garments and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once the item is inspected at our warehouse.
